Sky View Pines is one of Nevada HAND’s family communities located on West Owens Avenue near the I-15 in Downtown Las Vegas. Because of its proximity to the Downtown Las Vegas area, Sky View Pines is surrounded by retail and grocery stores, dining options, and entertainment venues. Also, Sky View Pines is close to several K-12 facilities, including George A. Washington Elementary School, J.D. Smith Middle School, and Rancho High School. This controlled-access community has amenities including a pool and spa, barbeque and picnic areas, a playground, a community garden, and a fitness facility. Sky View Pines is staffed with an on-site Resident Services Coordinator who connects residents to community assistance programs, volunteer groups, and community activities, including workforce development opportunities, homework assistance programs, and summer education curricula. This community is “more than a home” and perfect for families interested in an active and comfortable community for adults and children.
